Privacy Statement & Data Policy

The Zero-Footprint Covenant and Non-Execution Boundaries

To definitively neutralize the risk of data breach exposure for our clients, ModernPersona LLC operates under a strict Zero-Footprint Data Policy. Because we provide architectural certainty rather than software implementation, our data custody requirements—and thus our clients’ third-party liabilities—are virtually eliminated.

The Zero-Footprint Covenant

ModernPersona is contractually a Non-Custodial Entity.

No Sensitive Data Custody

We strictly refuse to collect, host, store, or process Client PII (Personally Identifiable Information), PHI, PCI data, or sensitive financial records on our firm’s infrastructure

Analysis In-Situ:

All technical diagnostics, systems analysis, and architectural audits are conducted strictly within the Client’s secure perimeter or via deeply anonymized, synthetic datasets

Administrative Separation:

Our internal cloud environment is utilized exclusively for strategic document collaboration and the generation of “Executive-Ready Blueprints.” It is never used for the processing of raw production data

The Non-Execution Boundary

Our privacy and security posture is reinforced by our Non-Execution Mandate. ModernPersona LLC acts strictly as a Management & Strategy Consultant

No Production Access:

We do not perform system implementation, code deployment, or live environment configuration. We are strictly prohibited from seeking, nor will we accept, administrative credentials or “write-access” to any Client production environment

Boundaries:

By maintaining this absolute separation of duties—where ModernPersona defines the strategy and the Client manages the execution—we ensure that our high-complexity advisory never translates into high-frequency cyber exposures

High-Complexity Advisory. Zero Cyber Exposure.

We provide the blueprints, not the bodies. By maintaining a strict non-custodial boundary and enforcing our Zero-Footprint Data Covenant, we ensure our strategic oversight never translates into third-party data liability for your organization. Partner with the firm that engineers risk out of the equation.
